Twitch streamer has hilarious way to end viewers’ arguments
A popular Twitch streamer known as AmericanDad had a phenomenal response to two arguing viewers – forcing them into his Discord so they could settle their differences outside of Twitch chat.
Viewers who bicker in Twitch chat aren’t anything particularly new. If you visit any streamer’s live stream with a few viewers, chances are there is a couple going head-to-head for one reason or another.
This was the case for American father which, while it was live on July 16, came across two of its 53,000 subscribers who got caught in the throat. However, where many Twitch streamers would ignore the argument, the former U.S. Army veteran forced them to settle their differences in a unique and brilliant way.
“Hey, hey hey, listen!” he said. “If I need to integrate ‘ImYeti’ and ‘IRSWeezy’ into Discord, we will. If we need to chop this shit, we will… Do I need to drag you into Discord, do we need to have an adult conversation?
Believe it or not, that’s exactly what AmericanDad did. After drawing the two viewers into Discord, he laid down some ground rules and let the couple work out their differences vocally, rather than behind their keyboards.
Viewers began by insulting each other, with Indiana-based Twitch streamer hilariously shadow-boxing in the background.

However, the couple’s conversation took a handbrake turn into heartwarming territory, with the two agreeing to leave it behind and that they are now “cool with each other.”
While it looks like the argument could escalate, AmericanDad managed to negotiate the pair into a deal.
It’s one of the most creative ways we’ve seen a Twitch streamer settle a dispute, but if it works, who are we to question it?
