Online certification in cultural competence
The online cultural competency certification program includes seven eLearning course modules on quality interactions and two recorded master classes with cultural competency experts, Alexander Green, MD, MPH and Joseph Betancourt, MD, MPH. Each of them is accredited by the ACCME and ANCC boards for 1 hour of continuing education (CE) credit, for a total of 9 CE credit hours. The program also offers a guided reading resource, composed by J. Emilio Carrillo, MD, MPH. Completion of all program components will further provide 1 CEU of the National University.

The program offers 9 hours of accredited learning. Each eLearning course lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The online cultural competency certification program is available online 24/7 through the Quality Interactions learning platform. You can access it from any Internet browser, and can start and stop the program as often as you like during your access period.
You can download or print each certificate directly from the learning platform where you will complete your courses. The eLearning courses each offer one continuing education credit from the ACCME / ANCC, and a full program certificate will be unlocked once you complete the entire learning course.
