NPP’s most digitized political party, has a database – John Boadu | Policy

New Patriotic Party (NPP) General Secretary John Boadu believes the party will have no problems with its election records in the future.

According to him, the party now has a database of all the delegates across the country and since it is a digitized platform, issues regarding scrapbooks will no longer arise during internal party elections.

He was speaking to Bolgatanga-based A1 radio in an interview when he broke the news.

“What we were able to do with this election was that we were able to upload all the polling stations and their results, the leaders and their numbers to our database. We have uploaded the results of the electoral zone coordinators, Constituency and Region and now National that we are going to have.

“So immediately after that, if we have presidential and parliamentary elections, it’s easy. You won’t hear anything about album problems in our party with what we’ve been able to do. Our party is the most I have ever seen. You have a party that is going to an election and that is capable of obtaining 90% of our results. Even in 2020 we have improved what we did in 2016, by going even further to scan all the pink sheets to the point that if we were the ones who went to court, we would have categorically declared all the polling stations and the results,” he said on A1 Radio.

John Boadu said he was impressed with the organizational structures and capacity of the New Patriotic Party.

The general secretary’s comments come after Musah Superior, a candidate for the post of general secretary, alleged that the ruling political party does not have a database of his party’s documents.
