Npp does not create a new political party to have new faces as leaders-Dr Richard Asante Yeboah | Policy

Dr. Richard Asante Yeboah, Deputy National Director of Communications and CEO of the Civil Servants Housing Loan Scheme, revealed that in order for the NPP to protect its institutional memory, it would be suicidal for the Party to change all of its national cadres in the name of the elections where most of the positions would be filled with new faces.

According to him, this will affect the institutional memory and the experience to lead the party in the future.

Therefore, so that the Party does not fail or lose focus and vision to break the 8-year electoral cycle, delegates should consider giving the General Secretary another opportunity to serve again.

Dr Richard Asante Yeboah visited on the sidelines of the NPP delegates engagement in Zibilla in the Upper East Region when the campaign team of Npp Secretary General Mr John Boadu visited the this area to interact with the delegates of 4 constituencies.

He again added that the NPP did not have time to change a winning and results-oriented person like the General Secretary for someone foreign or inexperienced to take over.

Mr. John Boadu also assured them of his ability to help them regain power in 2024 to make their vision a reality.

Therefore, they instructed them to ensure that they elect leaders they can trust and not people with no good track records.
